  Food is always cold....And not fresh...Bathrooms always dirty...When you tell them there's no tolet paper in bathroom they get rude ....

  Obviously drive thru operators can't multitask. After asking for our order she stops us mid sentence and asks us to hold on then proceded to ask us to pull ahead. Finally after placing order we pull to the pay window. Confirms our order takes our payment gives reciept and closes window. No thank you, have a nice day, etc. We finally reach the food window, low and behold, they forgot 25% of our order. We polietly point out missing item and because of lack of education the window operator asks "What it was?" . Perhaps a little bit of customer service training could include proper english and actual customer service???

  This McDonald's used to be great, not any more. I would take my son here about once a week. The workers were polite and the play area was clean. This has changed. The play area is now nasty and the employees seen to be annoyed by having to do their job. I got my son a happy meal today and it came with a troll toy that he already had. It was also a girl troll and he wanted a boy one. I asked to exchange it and I was told by who appeared to be the person in charge that the girl troll was the only one that they had. My son and I sit down to eat and 5 minutes later I see kids who ordered after us with boy troll toys. The fact that I was lied to was very annoying.
