  Ordered take out, the lady on phone said 30 minutes we gave them 40 minutes and it's only a 5 minute drive. We knew it would be very crowded and people outside waiting to get in! My husband goes in to get our take out. I'm sitting in the truck wondering why it's taking so long for a call in order! Well after about 15 minutes he comes out with no food and was very frustrated. The restaurant manager claimed they had no order under my husband's name, so after claiming they were having computer problems he walks out! Well now I'm mad as heck and wanted to speak with manger but he wouldn't answer the call! I called 4 times still wouldn't answer the phone! I called back and talked to some girl and she said they had our order ready and we could now pick it up....I laughed and told her while sitting at the drive threw window of Captain D's that she had to be crazy to think we would leave our catfish plates to come back to that very unorganized place to get our order that they said we never called in........ I know it's new but they should have had a month of training before opening to the public! Oh yeah, my husband said a lady had a call in order and when she got home there was nothing in the to go plates!!! This place is a joke! Will never recommend this place to anyone!

  We had a party of 7. 1 order got messed up. It later took 1st 10 minutes to get a garden salad. It wasn't that busy...we repeatedly ask where is the salad...this not the Buffalo Wild Wings I'm familiar with.
